Return Process:
Approval Required: To initiate a return, please contact our shop to receive return approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns of custom-made parts.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Inspection: Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned part to ensure it is undamaged and in resalable condition. Damaged parts may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges:
